Keith Gallagher

"Keith is one of the co-founders at the company. He heads up food service operations. In this role, he ensures that implemented standards are correctly followed, and that the company is meeting its people and shareholder goals at each food service location.

Keith is a combat veteran and squadron commander. He has served as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Global Contingencies where he managed the flow of troops and war materials between the United States and Iraq/Afghanistan. As a Squadron Commander with the KC-135 Airborne Tanker, he directed Operational support of all Homeland Defense and Presidential Support missions for Operation Noble Eagle at the outbreak of the Iraq conflict, amongst various other missions.

He is tenured in the corporate world, with two decades of experience, where he directed service continuity efforts for a Fortune 100 company, protecting over $158 billion (USD) in assets. He holds an MBA from Louisiana Tech and a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College.
