General Manager, Food and Beverage
The ideal candidate will the key store level leader, responsible for the
success of the restaurant. He/she will provide overall leadership
and direct supervision for operations.

Responsibilities
• Ensures cost categories and controllable expenses are within company established guidelines
• Works at the restaurant to grow sales
• Maintains adequate staffing levels to meet all scheduling requirements, with the ability to hire crew members at the restaurant level
• Prepares and conducts crew member performance appraisals
• Coaches, counseling, training and developing all Team Members and managers to expected certification and performance levels
• Ensures all sanitation guidelines/regulations are met
• Ensures excellent levels of customer service on all shifts and properly handles guest complaints/concerns to facilitate repeat business
• Provides relevant and timely feedback to District Management on operating results
• Manages staff turnover by practicing effective selection and training
Qualifications
• High School Diploma, a degree is a plus but not required
• 3 years general management experience in a QSR
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Work Authorization in the USA

Commercial Real Estate
For Commercial Real Estate Positions, we have the following open positions:
Commercial Real Estate Analyst
The ideal candidate will complete complex valuation assignments in a
timely manner. This position is well-suited for recent college graduates with
1-3 years of commercial real estate experience and asset valuation work.

Responsibilities
• Underwrites potential CRE acquisition targets using proprietary financial models
• Recommends property acquisition structures to executive committee
• Conducts detailed due diligence on target acquisitions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Contacts local area experts to ensure revenue and expense projections are accurate and defendable
• Engages with vendors to complete property condition assessments
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications

• Ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously
• An undergraduate degree is required. Degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business and/or experience in these fields are preferred.

Residential Real Estate

Market Property Manager
The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of the ownership
and tenants while preserving and increasing the value of the properties.
Location(s)
Phoenix, AZ / Las Vegas, NV
Responsibilities
• Works with local real estate brokers to implement rental rates and overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing
• Helps with property marketing and advertising to generate new qualified leads
• Works with prospective tenants on executing leases, and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate tenant moves
• Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, and accounts payable
• Prepares annual budgets to ensure financial objectives are met
• Resolves tenant complaints in accordance with property standards
Qualifications

and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed

Responsibilities
• Handles office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Provides real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Makes travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
• Screens phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Generates reports, transcribes minutes from meetings, creates presentations, and conducts research as needed.

Qualifications
